Sickness leads to the loss of inner energy. Patient feels tired and depressed. This is a direct result of the diseases he is suffering from or it is the result of the drugs and medicines used by him. The first stage, therefore, is to awaken the patient's energy. This is achieved by two methods that are referred to spiritual healing and Reiki healing. These methods are expected to enable the patient to regain his energy with in four days or so.

The use of drugs and medicines or the loss of vital force in the body to heal itself, allows toxins to be accumulated in major organs that are called emunctories. They include kidney, liver, lungs, skin etc. The accumulation of toxins in the body blocks these emunctories and the body are unable to get rid of these toxins. The toxins go into the blood and create several problems including fatigue, weakness, sleepiness, body pains, infections, inflammations etc. As soon as the body, mind and soul are energized, the next step is to help the energy to get rid of the accumulated toxins through natural channels. This help is provided by what is called Gammatherapy. Herbal medicines, fruits and vegetables also help. This stage may take two to six weeks depending on how severely emunctories have been blocked by the toxins. If the sickness is recent, then cleansing may take only one week.

After successful cleansing, the patient is ready to receive the treatment. The treatment is to cure the patient as a whole not his symptoms. Homeopathy is used for these purposes. This may be complimented by vegetables and fruits, herbal medicines and bodily approaches. If the disease is not chronic then it may take one month or less for the patients' vital force, mind power and spiritual strength to take over, fight all the diseases throw them out of the body and make the patient 'healthy' again. However, if the disease is a chronic disease then it may take a longer period, in most cases, three to six months.

Once a patient has been healed, there will be need to take precautions to preserve the "healthy state". Spiritual methods, Reiki, homeopathic remedies, gamma therapy and herbal medicine, a diet plan based on fruits and vegetables and some bodily approaches are used to give permanence to the health attained.
